Our History

The Providence Group of Georgia is an Atlanta-based home building company well known for their desirable locations offering innovative home designs, upscale interiors, amenity-rich communities and low maintenance lifestyles. The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC is lead by the father-son team of Pete and Warren Jolly, both Atlanta natives, who earned a reputation for excellence with the success of Jolly Development, one of the city’s premier land development firms. Now, they share their combined 50 years of experience building thousands of homes directly with homebuyers at The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC. This grants customers the best of both worlds by presenting the most distinctive homes in the finest developments.
