As one of the most anticipated coming soon communities in North Fulton, which will consist of over 600 new homes, the Atlanta luxury home builder will offer home buyers a wide range of home design options. This week five additional home designs are now available to view online, all featuring the popular Garden Style layouts with private courtyards and rear entry garages.

The five additional preliminary home designs, The Vintage Collection, are now available online including the Amhurst, Ashcroft, Crestview, Kentmere and Raleigh home designs. These additional home designs offer up to 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and approximately 3,500 square feet of luxury living space. The Vintage Collection features a wide range of options including Owner’s Suites with sitting rooms and private decks, Owner’s Suites on the Main Level, third level retreats and lofts.  The Amhurst and Kentmere both offer Owner’s Suites on the main level.
