The Providence Group recently announced a new home buyer incentive at their Seven Norcross community, featuring luxury townhomes from the $300s to $400s. *For a limited time only, home buyers can take advantage of up to a $10,000 Buyer Bonus on their new home at Seven Norcross including $10,000 on select two story townhome designs and $7,500 on select three story townhome designs. The Buyer Bonus can be used towards designer options at The Providence Group’s Design Center or closing costs. In order to take advantage of this special incentive, home buyers must use one of our preferred lenders and the contract must be written on or before November 30, 2014. The home sites available for this incentive include home sites 92-100 ($7,500 incentive) and home sites 79-81 ($10,000 incentive).
