It’s that time of year again — Spring cleaning! A time where we deep clean our homes and focus on organization. We begin searching for options that offer us the opportunity to improve our day to day lives. At The Providence Group’s Design Studio, homeowners can add built-ins that provide the functionality we strive for, while still offering a clean and beautiful space. A place that aims to enhance efficiency, reduce clutter, and help you relax.
Built-ins are often added in the rooms we spend most of our time in, like the living room, breakfast nook and dining room. Built-ins offer storage for the items we need but do not want to show off like cable boxes in the living room and items like dirty shoes, bags or jackets in the mudroom. Office built-ins are perfect for those that work at home because they designate a systematized area for books, files and your computer. Built-ins also offer a place to show off the things we love like books, candles and decor. They blend into the decor of the home rather than standing out like a furniture piece. The way they blend so easily into the home’s structure creates a feeling of warmth.
The Providence Group has multiple options for mudroom built-ins, all offering various levels of storage. Our fireplace built-ins provide everything from base cabinets for storage, to cabinet and shelving combinations, to floating shelving alone. These built-ins possess their own styles such as traditional, transitional, contemporary and farmhouse.
Spring is the time of year that generates homeowners to revive their home and create a new space. The Providence Group wants you to “Make Space for Life” and in your Spring cleaning preparations, we want all our homeowners to reflect on the benefits of adding built-ins!
