Our communities and model homes are now open daily and we are offering video tours and private VIP appointments upon request. For the safety of our team, home buyers and homeowners, we have also instituted the following safety precautions:
- Individuals who have a fever or other symptoms of COVID-19 shall not enter our model homes or sales centers.
- Hand sanitizing stations are available in all of our sales centers.
- Social distancing is recommended by the CDC. Please maintain a distance of 6ft at all times.
- Our Team Members will wear a mask upon customer request.
- Appointments should not consist of more than 3 visitors at a time.
- Only one appointment may be held in our model homes or sales centers at a given time.
- Digital brochures are available upon request.
