At The Providence Group, we want you to have total peace of mind when it comes to the quality of your new home. That is why we provide each new homeowner with a Third Party Warranty policy.
At closing, you will be enrolled in a Third Party Home Buyers Warranty program. It is important that you clearly understand the terms, conditions and exclusions of the warranty and your responsibilities as a homeowner. The One Year Workmanship Warranty states that during the first year you own your home the builder will repair or replace defective materials and/or workmanship as outlined in the Home Buyers Warranty Booklet. This Booklet can be referenced at any time online using a link that will be provided at the Homeowner’s Orientation.
These documents also clearly state what qualifies as a warranty repair and those that are the homeowner’s responsibility. In addition, they cover important steps for making a Warranty Service Request.
