At Highpointe at Vinings, the location fits our lifestyle and feels like a great place for our family to grow. Great schools around, close proximity to the airport, malls and city. We are happy and very satisfied with the whole process. The Jennifer Mackey, our sale agent was very professional, knowledgeable and understands. Also the builder was accommodating and gave us plenty of time to view our house through out the building process. The Providence Group has multiple preferred lender selection available, which allows options and flexibility in the process. It also reduces the shopping time for a lender.

I moved to The Park at LaVista Walk to be closer to my daughter, her husband, and my three grandchildren. Throughout the process, Valorie, the sales manager, was very helpful particularly when the bank changed my closing date. My new home is comfortable, well designed, and well built. The few problems I have had were covered by the home warranty and have been promptly and graciously corrected. While moving closer to my grandchildren has been a delight, I am thoroughly enjoying being within walking distance of a grocery, pharmacy, dry cleaners, and nail salon; it is a pleasure not to have to get the car out in order to get a forgotten grocery item. I am thrilled to call the Highlands of Sandy Springs my new HOME! I feel really lucky that I found this place because I’ve always been a fan of this area and I absolutely love the condo that I live in now. The community is very big and well maintained. The location is ideal and convenient as Roswell Road is a busy street full of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.
