Rewarding Your Success with Every Sale. The Providence Group is proud to introduce the Elite Agent Partner program, an exclusive incentive initiative for licensed real estate agents in Georgia. Designed to recognize and reward top-performing partners, the program offers escalating financial bonuses and prize opportunities throughout the 2025 calendar year.

Agents who meet the following sales milestones with homes contracted and closed in 2025 will receive cumulative bonuses on future sales:

2 Homes Sold: Eligible for a $1,000 Broker Bonus on homes #3-5 contracted and closed in 2025
5 Homes Sold: Eligible for a $2,000 Broker Bonus on homes #6-10 contracted and closed in 2025
10 Homes Sold: Eligible for a $4,000 Broker Bonus on all subsequent homes contracted and closed in 2025

Bonuses apply exclusively to transactions closed within 2025 and are non-transferrable.

Quarterly Performance Incentive Drawings

Agents will receive one entry for every home sold and closed during the preceding quarter. Each quarter, one agent will be selected to receive a $5,000 prize.*

Q1 + Q2 Drawing – July 18, 2025 (Sales closed Jan 1–Jun 30)
Q3 Drawing – October 17, 2025 (Sales closed Jul 1–Sep 30)
Q4 Drawing – January 23, 2026 (Sales closed Oct 1–Dec 31)

Annual Grand Prize Drawing

Every qualifying sale made and closed during the 2025 calendar year will serve as an entry into the Grand Prize Drawing, to be held on January 23, 2026. The selected agent will receive a $15,000 cash prize.

Program Eligibility

Participation is open exclusively to licensed real estate agents in the state of Georgia.
All home sales must be contracted and closed in 2025 to qualify for bonuses or drawings.

*General Conditions: Buyer’s Broker/Agent must have a valid Georgia real estate license at time of contract signing and closing to be eligible to receive a bonus. In order to qualify for any applicable commission or bonus, Buyer’s Broker/Agent must comply with all other terms of the Providence Group Agency Program, as published at www.TheProvidenceGroup.com. Commissions and bonuses are earned and paid at closing.

Bonus offer available for a limited time only. Eligible contracts must be executed and closed in calendar year 2025. TPG VIP status will expire on December 31, 2025. The Providence Group of Georgia L.L.C. (“TPG”) reserves the right to alter, withdraw or discontinue this offer at any time without notice. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Total commission and bonuses paid may be subject to limitations on total broker commission imposed by homebuyer’s lender. All drawing winners will be required to complete a W9 prior to payment of prize drawings. This offer is void where prohibited by law.
