How to Play
- Complete the form to register
- This allows us to assign you entries as you start earning them, as well as keep you updated during the event
- Agents pick up a TPG Summer Tour Passport from any participating community by The Providence Group (hereinafter referred to as TPG)
- Download the Scavify App (Optional)
- This allows you to track your progress and keep tabs on the leaderboard
- Please check the website for Sales Center hours in each community
- 1 Entry will be awarded after visiting all participating TPG communities (must collect all community stamps in passport or digital stamps in Scavify app)
- 2 Bonus Entries will be awarded with any successful contract written during the Summer Tour Event
- 3 Bonus Entries will be awarded with any successful contract that closes by September 7, 2026
- Note: Contracts that are both written and closed within the promotion period are eligible for a maximum of 3 bonus entries (bonus entries cannot be combined). A passport book or Scavify app must be completed for Bonus Entries to be applied - any contract ratified during the Summer Tour dates are eligible for Bonus Entries.
- Drawing will take place on Thursday, September 24th
- 1 Winner will be selected and will receive a $3,000 Louis Vuitton gift card
- The Qualifying Broker for the winner will also receive a $3,000 Louis Vuitton gift card

Official Rules
- Summer Tour Event is for Real Estate Agents, Realtors, Associate Brokers, and/or Brokers Only (hereinafter referred to as 'Agents')
- Event Start Date: Monday, June 1st
- Event End Date: Monday, September 7th
- One passport per agent; thus 1 entry by means of community tours
- No limit on the number of entries by contracts ratified during the Summer Tour Event, nor by contracts that close by September 7, 2026
- All participating communities must be visited during the tour event dates
- Passport must be stamped by an onsite TPG Community Sales Manager and/or QR code scanned for app tracking in Scavify
- All contracts considered for drawing entry must be submitted by 6:00 PM on Monday, September 7, 2026
- All submitted contracts must be ratified by 6:00 PM on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 to qualifiy for 2 Entries
- If a home is scheduled to close by Monday, September 7, 2026 and TPG must push the closing date, that home is to remain eligible for 3 entries into the drawing
- All entries will go into the drawing to be pulled at random
- Drawing will be held on Thursday, September 24th
- Total value of the Louis Vuitton giveaway is $6,000
- One winning entry will be pulled from the drawing. The winning agent will receive a $3,000 Louis Vuitton gift card and the winner's qualifying broker will also receive a $3,000 Louis Vuitton gift card
- Both $3,000 gift cards are for Louis Vuitton only. Not redeemable for cash.
- Winners will be notified no later than Friday, September 25th
- The Providence Group reserves the right to verify all entries.
