Canton is ready for family fun this season. Throughout the month of December, the Cherokee Theatre Company puts on live weekend showings of the holiday classic “A Christmas Carol” in the Canton Theatre - the last show of the year is Dec 19th, don’t miss it! 

Also, the town of Canton is a local favorite for its Christmas lights downtown. Strolling through on a quiet December evening just before Christmas is the ideal way to soak in the charm of this beautiful town. Our neighborhood, Idylwilde, is in a great place to experience Christmas in Canton!

With an incredibly pedestrian-friendly downtown, the holidays in Suwanee aren’t complete without at least one trip to Suwanee Town Center. Take a peek into the local boutiques, grab lunch at a friendly downtown restaurant, and then cool off with some playtime in the park! The glitz of the holidays and the glam of swinging big band music are the perfect pairing - and you can experience it live in Duluth at the Red Clay Music Foundry! Joe Grandsen and His Big Band are performing swingin’ holiday favorites with special guest Robin Latimore. Two shows this Sunday, the 19th, make a great opportunity to enjoy the season in style. Greysolon and Evanshire are two of our Duluth communities that will put residents in easy reach of this town’s fun attractions!

A city all its own inside Atlanta’s perimeter, Decatur offers both local events and easy access to Atlanta’s best holiday attractions. For kids of all ages (including kids at heart) - Fernbank Science Museum’s Winter Wonderland is open now through January 9th with exhibits on holidays from different cultures, or learn all about Antarctic Dinosaurs in an exciting special exhibit through January 3rd.
