The St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway program was created in 1991 by Dr. Donald Mack. It is currently one of the largest fundraising programs for St. Jude nationwide. The Providence Group is honored to have participated with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to build the 2023 St. Jude Dream Home® for the first time in Atlanta, GA. In May and June of this year, 15,000 raffle tickets at $100.00 each were sold to interested participants who wanted a chance to win this brand new, single-family home built by the Providence Group in our gated, master-planned, Millcroft Community in Gwinnett. Our generous trade partners donated 100% of their time, labor and materials to this amazing cause and our parent company, Green Brick Partners donated the homesite allowing us to raise just over $1.5 million dollars towards the mission of St. Jude to Find Cures and Save Children.
