The Providence Group is thrilled to announce its 11 wins at the 2020 OBIE Awards, the building industry’s most esteemed award gala. In addition to Pratt Stacks, the builder’s new intown condominium community, being named Attached Community of the Year, The Providence Group was awarded seven Gold and three Silver awards.

Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA), this year marks the 40th Annual OBIE Awards celebration. Held for the second year at the Georgia Aquarium, the ceremony recently took place on Saturday, October 24, 2020, as the premier awards of the new home construction industry and residential real estate market.

Given for accomplishments in both building and marketing, The Providence Group 2020 Gold OBIE wins include:
  • Best Building Design, Detached Model – $400,000 to $499,999 – Harrison at Harvest Park
  • Best Building Design, Attached Model – $300,000 to $399,999 – Pierce at Harvest Park
  • Best Building Design, Single-Family, Zero Lot Line – $500,000 and above – Sterling at The Park at East of Main
  • Best Interior Merchandising, Detached Model – $400,000 to $499,999 – Harrison at Harvest Park
  • Best Interior Merchandising, Detached Model – $800,000 and above – Sterling at The Park at East of Main
  • Best Interior Merchandising, Attached Model – $300,000 to $399,999 – Courtland at Pratt Stacks
  • Best Interior Merchandising, Attached Model – $400,000 to $499,999 – Edgewood at Pratt Stacks

The Providence Group also received the subsequent silver OBIE awards:
  • Best Building Design, Attached Model – $300,000 to $399,999 – Courtland at Pratt Stacks
  • Best Interior Merchandising, Attached Model – $300,000 to $399,999 – Pierce at Harvest Park
  • Best Social Media Campaign in Partnership with Denim Marketing
