The Providence Group is proud to announce our 7 award wins at the 43rd annual OBIE Awards ceremony hosted by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. The OBIE Awards recognizes outstanding achievements and excellence in new home building, marketing and sales, remodeling and design, and personal achievement among real estate professionals. The Providence Group received 7 awards in the home building categories – 5 Gold Awards and 2 Silver Awards – including Mixed Use Community of the Year and Best Community Service Project for the Millcroft neighborhood and the 2023 St. Jude Dream Home. This is the 7th Community of the Year award won by The Providence Group. 

The 5 Gold OBIE Awards received by The Providence Group included: 

Millcroft – Community of the Year- Mixed Use

Millcroft – Best Community Service Project – 2023 St. Jude Dream Home

Millcroft - Best Amenity Package (499 Units and Under)   

Baldwin at Waterside (Attached Model) $500,000 to $599,999 – Best Building Design

Madylin at Idylwilde (Detached Model) $500,000 to $599,999 – Best Building Design

The Providence Group also received 2 Silver OBIE Awards for the following communities: 

Beaufort at Idylwilde Single-family (detached) $600,000 – $699,999 

Benton I at Ecco Park Single-family (attached) $600,000 - $699,999
