The Providence Group is proud to announce they received 11 Awards at the 34th Annual OBIE Awards held on November 8th at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis hosted by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council. The OBIE Awards recognizes outstanding achievements and excellence in new home building, marketing, remodeling and personal achievement. The Providence Group received multiple awards in the home building categories including three Gold awards for The Madison townhome design ($200,000 – $299,000 Category) at Jamestown in Alpharetta, The Windsor townhome design ($200,000 – $299,999 – a Gold tie with the Madison) at Highlands of Sandy Springs, and The Whitfield Home Design (Zero Lot Line – $225,000 – $299,999) at Whitfield Parc in Smyrna. The Providence Group also earned three Silver Awards for The Castleton home design (Single Family Attached $400,000 – $499,999) at Nesbit Reserve, The Essex II (Zero Lot Line – $225,000 – $299,999) at Three Bridges and The Carolina III (Zero Lot Line $300,000 – $399,999) at Jamestown in Alpharetta.
The Providence Group was also recognized for their outstanding team of professionals including the Gold Award for Online Specialist of the Year for Laura Kowski (Online Sales Consultant) and Council Chairman of the Year for Kelly Kenton Fink, MIRM (VP of Marketing and Online Sales). The company also received recognition in the Marketing categories as well with four Gold Awards including Best Interactive Tool (Custom Survey Tool), Best Community Logo (Bellmoore Park), Best Mailer/Flyer (Bellmoore Park) and Best Print Ad (Know Atlanta Relocation ad).
