For the third year in a row, The Providence Group is honored to partner with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® to build the 2025 St. Jude Dream Home® in Atlanta. This year’s home will be built in Cumming’s newest mixed-use community, Palisades.
The groundbreaking ceremony took place on January 16, 2025, marking the beginning of a special collaboration between The Providence Group, its trade partners, and local sponsors, all coming together to support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude.
Building Hope: The 2025 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway
Each year, the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway helps fund groundbreaking research and medical treatment for children battling cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. Since its inception in 1991, the program has raised over $650 million, helping families with the costs associated with treatment, travel, housing, or food.
For 2025, The Providence Group is proud to contribute once again, building a home that will be raffled off in July 2025, with ticket sales beginning in April. All proceeds directly benefit St. Jude and its mission to advance cures and find treatments for pediatric diseases.
A Stunning Home in an Exceptional Community
The 2025 St. Jude Dream Home will be built in Palisades, a thoughtfully designed mixed-use development spanning 152 acres. This walkable community is located just one mile from the new Cumming City Center, offering future residents access to retail, dining, entertainment, and professional spaces.
The Dream Home itself will feature the Caplin floorplan, a spacious, open-concept home offering:
- 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms
- 2,518 square feet of beautifully designed living space
- A guest suite on the main level
- A luxurious owner’s suite plus two additional bedrooms and a loft upstairs
- A covered rear porch for outdoor relaxation
- Modern farmhouse architecture

A Legacy of Giving Back
This isn’t the first time The Providence Group has stepped up to support St. Jude. In 2023, we built Atlanta’s first-ever St. Jude Dream Home, followed by another successful campaign in 2024. Together with our trade partners and sponsors, we have raised over $3.3 million for St. Jude to date!
