October 8-9, 2021 - Wire and Wood Music Festival
Also known as the Alpharetta Songwriters Festival, this free two-day music fest brings together local and nationally-known artists for a celebration of song! Country, rock, blues, Americana, and bluegrass are the genres you’ll hear from 30+ artists across 6 stages, featuring headliners like
Ruthie Foster and
Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors. The festivities take place from 5-11PM on Friday the 8th and Saturday the 9th in Alpharetta City Center just walking distance from our

October 23, 2021 - Slice of Life Exhibit Reception
At the Alpharetta Arts Center Gallery, a fresh look at the mundane and the everyday is sure to bring you a new perspective.
The reception for the Arts Center’s next exhibition, Slice of Life, will be an artistic celebration of the extraordinary in the ordinary starting at 6:00 PM on October 23rd. The exhibit itself will be on display for several weeks, and the arts center has a wide variety of events for artists of all ages and in all mediums to attend. Discover the Arts Center’s

October 23, 2021 - Halloween Boo Bash
And, for classic Halloween fun and excitement for the kids, the
Halloween Boo Bash in Wills Park is the free family event to catch! From 12:00PM - 4:30PM on October 23rd, bring your ghosts and goblins of all ages to enjoy face painting, pumpkin painting, a candy hunt, and even a hayride!
All Month Long - Scarecrow Harvest
Or, if you’d like to get into the festive spirit any time in October, Downtown Alpharetta’s 16th annual Scarecrow Harvest is playing host to a record-breaking number of scarecrows all month long! See scarecrows from locals and businesses around Alpharetta, and even vote for your favorite.
