Michael begins by explaining a few of his favorite design elements in the new Mason Main model. The owner’s suite leads as a top favorite with its plush bedding, perfect for relaxing on weekends, but the main level as a favorite entertaining space takes the cake.

“What I like to do when I design is pick out elements that are classic, but yet a little on the edge,” Michael explains. “What I’ve seen a lot of lately is jewel tones, so I decided to incorporate navy into the kitchen.”
Another impressive feature of this new model home is the variety of lighting features throughout. Much like jewelry, Michael explains how too many lighting elements can overcrowd a space and overwhelm visitors – it’s a very selective process.
“That’s the beauty of models – you’re trying to design for the masses, but the masses are all different,” Michael said.
