The St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway is back and better than ever in 2024! With only a few months before our raffle day, we’re ready to begin our events that highlight the home and raise more funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®.
Last year, The Providence Group was honored to be selected by St. Jude to participate in the first Dream Home Giveaway in Atlanta, raising $1.5 million to support their work to advance treatments and cures for life-threatening pediatric diseases. This year, we are raising the bar as we aim to sell 20,000 tickets to raise $2 million for St. Jude’s life-saving mission.
The Providence Group, alongside Green Brick Partners, ensures all proceeds from this initiative go directly to support St. Jude. In addition to the funds raised from ticket sales, we've pledged all operational expenses, marketing costs, and the project's profits.
The 2024 Atlanta St. Jude Dream Home® is in our new single-family home and townhome community, Brackley, in Cumming, GA. The home will feature an open-concept design and a contemporary and functional style perfect for a modern living space.
Brackley is only 1.3 miles from the Cumming City Center, where there are several options for entertainment and recreation. Residents can watch performances at the local amphitheater, take walks with their family and friends along the scenic trails, or explore the surrounding area's various retail and dining spaces. The community’s location also provides easy access to outdoor recreation opportunities like the parks and marinas along Lake Sidney Lanier.

- Tickets for the 2024 Atlanta St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway go on sale May 16 at 6 a.m. ET. for $100 each. Join the interest list to receive ticket notifications and updates.
- Our Floor Signing event is next week on May 16, 2024.
- The Dream Home will be raffled off on August 15, 2024.
